BOOM! Theater, a Broadway World Award winner, is seeking a Stage Manager for its upcoming holiday production of A Christmas Carol at the Knight Stage in Akron. Directed by Warren Scott Friedman, Produced by Val Renner.

• ·Notate blocking during rehearsals
• ·Set up rehearsal space
• ·Be on book for actors
• ·Write rehearsal and performance reports
• ·Track props and furniture needed
• ·Serve as a primary contact for cast and crew
• ·During tech and performances: run projections backstage, manage props/furniture presets, monitor noise levels

Organization, great communication, patience, flexibility, and being a team player.

Sundays–Thursdays. Rehearsals begin approximately 6 weeks before opening.

• ·Sunday, November 29 — 3:00pm–9:00pm
• ·Monday, November 30 – Wednesday, December 3 — 6:00pm–11:00pm

• ·Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays December 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19 at 7:00pm
• ·Sundays December 6, 13, 20 at 2:00pm

Paid flat fee.
