Karamu House seeks a full-time Sales & Booking Manager to fulfill growth goals in membership, ticket sales, rentals, and sponsorships. Reports to the Chief Development Officer.

• ·Actively solicit new and renewal business to achieve 80% capacity for productions and events
• ·Build relationships with community organizations and corporations to meet membership goals
• ·Negotiate and close special event sales
• ·Manage the facilities schedule and event calendar
• ·Coordinate with the Marketing & Events Manager on box office and marketing alignment

• ·Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field required
• ·5–7 years experience in sales or related field
