BorderLight Theatre Festival seeks a highly organized and motivated theatre professional to produce the annual BorderLight Fringe Festival. The Producer serves as the primary contact for participating artists and coordinates festival logistics from planning through completion, working closely with staff, contractors, and community partners.

Approximately 20–25 hours per week on average, with seasonal variation. Primarily remote with flexible hours — fully onsite during festival week.

• ·Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications throughout the festival cycle

• ·Strong organizational and project management skills
• ·Experience in theatre production or festival coordination
• ·Excellent communication skills
• ·Ability to work independently and remotely

$20–$22/hour based on experience.
