Beck Center for the Arts seeks a part-time Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance, housekeeping, and security of all physical properties and grounds.

• ·Floor care and carpet maintenance
• ·Restroom upkeep
• ·Basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting)
• ·Snow removal and landscaping
• ·Setup and breakdown of spaces for programs and events
• ·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• ·Schedule includes evenings and weekends as required by Beck Center activity

Vocational/trade school or equivalent maintenance experience required.

$12–$14/hour
