Beck Center for the Arts seeks enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join its Customer Service Team. This team serves as the central hub of information and hospitality for Beck Center, working across both buildings on campus to ensure patrons, students, artists, and staff receive exceptional service.

Reports to: Director of Volunteer and Guest Services

• ·Support educational programs and camps, including class registration, schedule changes, student transfers, and late enrollments
• ·Maintain campus-wide awareness of events, rehearsals, performances, classes, and special activities using scheduling tools such as Skedda and internal communications
• ·Support operations across three performance spaces, each with unique schedules and seating arrangements
• ·Assist with 6–7 professional theatrical productions annually (17–21 performances each) requiring ticketing, front-of-house coordination, and patron support
• ·Support Youth Theater and Dance programs, including four youth theater productions and 3–4 dance productions per year
• ·Assist with community events such as Super Saturday, school field trips, art exhibits, and donor appreciation events

This role requires flexibility and strong problem-solving skills. Team members regularly resolve seating issues, manage unpredictable phone and in-person inquiries, and respond to unusual or last-minute requests with patience, professionalism, and care.

$12–$16/hour, part-time
