Description and Submission Instructions

Medina County Show Biz presents Miracle on 34th Street. Kris Kringle, an old man in a retirement home, gets a job working as Santa for Macy's and unleashes waves of good will by referring parents to other stores to find exactly the toy their child asked for. Seen as deluded and dangerous by Macy's vocational counselor, who plots to have him sent to Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital, Kris ends up in a court competency hearing, with one little girl's belief in Santa especially at stake. In a dramatic decision, the court confirms Kris as the true Santa.

Especially looking for new or experienced character actors who can convincingly portray multiple roles.

AUDITIONS

Monday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 22, 6:00–8:00 PM. Auditions consist of cold readings from the script. Please be prepared to stay for the full hour unless dismissed, and bring a headshot and resume if available.
