• ·JUNIE B. JONES — Spunky, outspoken first grader facing her first loose tooth. Energetic, imaginative, opinionated, and never afraid to say what she thinks.
• ·MAY — Junie B.'s bossy, know-it-all classmate who loves correcting her and getting on her nerves.
• ·LUCILLE — Junie B.'s glamorous, dramatic friend who loves fancy things and enjoys being the center of attention.
• ·JIM — A teasing classmate who gives Junie B. a hard time about her loose tooth. Having a birthday party she's not invited to.
• ·WILLIAM — Junie B.'s shy, sweet-natured, loyal friend. Quieter and more nervous than the other kids.
• ·PAULIE — A classmate who scares Junie B. with a frightening story about the mysterious Tooth Witch.
